One of our key services is producing custom-cut laminated glass .Laminated glass has several important advantages: it is perfectly safe. It wonderfully isolates the outer noises. Secondly, thanks to special construction having several layers, the decorative laminated glass holds its form perfectly. If the glass is broken, there is practically no risk to cut with its wrecks. The triplex’s constructive feature is that there is a binding film between the layers of glass, with an approximate thickness of 1.5 mm. This gives the sustainability of triplex to damages – it is approximately 7 times higher than in usual glass. Aside from noise insulation, triplex has wonderful heat insulation yet those features do not affect negatively its transparency
Triplex glass, which can be ordered at our production, has a number of advantages:
✔ Safety - laminated glass cannot be broken by physical force;
✔ Durability and reliability - laminated glass will last a very long time without losing its properties;
✔ Noise insulation;
✔ Resistance to external environmental influences (precipitation, gusts of wind, etc.);
✔ In case of glass breakage, the fragments are not dangerous, as they are all securely held by the film.
We offer our customers to order production of laminated glass of any configuration:
✔ Laminated glass: 4 + 4, 5 + 5, 6 + 6, 8 + 8, 10 + 10 and 12 + 12;
✔ Laminated glass of non-standard configurations, for example: 8 + 4 + 8, 10 + 10 + 10, etc .;
✔ The maximum size of glass for processing - 3000 x 1700 mm;
✔ The weight of the part does not matter.
Laminated glass products manufactured in our production meet the quality standards adopted in construction, which is confirmed by the certificate of DSTU B B.2.7-123-2004.
An interesting fact: most insurance companies of the West often include the demand to glazing the trade stores with triplex as the sturdiest and most reliable material. Triplex in our country has just recently received its popularity but it is winning the market at a high pace.
We offer our customers two types of triplex at their choice:
- filmed glass (layers of it are bonded using polymer materials, which are evenly distributed at an entire glass surface)
- flood glass (layers are bonded with lamination, which gives the glass additional protection against ultraviolet radiation).
The manufactured laminated glass can be matte, toned, tempered, bent – it all depends on your demands. This also can be a decorative laminated glass or colored laminated glass. The glass matting is possible. Please inform us of all your wishes during making the order to make sure everything is realized in the way you want it.
